Established in early 2021, Artemis FM Ltd is a young and ambitious company with one clear goal: to provide high-quality, effective, and environmentally friendly facilities management solutions within the construction industry.
Artemis FM specialises in the design, installation, planned maintenance, and reactive maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. We deliver services across a wide range of sectors, including hotels, restaurants, schools and colleges, retail outlets, office buildings, residential properties, and more.
We also partner with a number of trusted contractors to extend our capabilities, offering services including gas, plumbing, and heating; HVAC systems; lighting, electrical, and mechanical works; fire safety systems; and general building maintenance.

Our business is process-driven and applies the 5S+1 methodology to everything we do: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain, plus Safety. This lean approach enables cost-effective operations without compromising quality, capability, or compliance.
We invest in market-leading field service management software that allows Artemis FM to efficiently manage assets, generate F-Gas logbooks, and maintain leak test records. For all contractual customers, we provide a complimentary online portal offering real-time access to maintained assets, their condition, outstanding quotations and recommendations, and a live view of upcoming works and maintenance schedules.
